Appologies
I want to appologize for the lack of updates this past month, as work and personal life always finds a way to keep you from the things you like doing most. There will be an update on ALL of the JDMF projects from where they were to as they sit now. I am currently looking for a new shop for the Fetus crew, more updates when the info is there.

Chris Haberman> SD Rippin
A Midwest 86'er Chris Haberman making a run and doing his thing at the Thunderdome in Sturgis, SD. Feature on his car and the other Midwest guys will be up sooner than later I'm hoping.
Fall is here, winter is near...
As the leaves fall, temperatures drop, and winter slowly settles in for the next 5 full months it typically means the car game is over for the enthusiasts in the Midwest area who en dour the ridiculous below zero weather for an unknown reason. Plans for the 86 this winter will have the spring in mind as being semi track ready will be a goal worth shooting for. Ideally if I can convince my master fabricator, Jacob Doele, to do the frame repair and misc structural supports as well as a slight stitch weld all around would do wonders. As well as being the ever evolving master welder, he is also the new contributor to the JDMFantasy blog!

Barn Find!
It seems like almost evey month someone comes across a Shelby Cobra hiding in a barn. From there, they share their story and pictures on a forum, and everyone is very envious of the find. Ra28gt from the Retro Rides had this similar experience but on a bigger scale.
Ra28gt has a 1977 Toyota Celica GT2000 coupe that’s in the process of being restored. He was looking for some body panels for the car when he got a tip about an old gentleman who had a stockpile of Toyota parts he had collected over the years in a barn. Ra28gt contacted the gentleman about the parts and a meeting was arranged. What ra28gt would encounter next surprised him.
[Source: Retro Rides]
When ra28gt to the gentleman’s property, he was lead to barn. Inside the barn lied fourteen vehicles all parked door to door and covered in a thick layer of dust. The majority of them were Toyota Celicas ranging from 1970-1985 in fast- and hatchbacks models. But the biggest surprise was a rare Mitsubishi Galant GTO GS-R found parked in the group of Celicas.
The story of how all these vehicles showed up in a barn goes like this; the owner bought a new Celica during the seventies and fell in love with it. From there he began to buying up Celicas. The Galant ended up in his collection because of how much the shape looked like an original Celica. Most of the vehicles in the barn were driven up to 1990 and some only 6,000 miles.
So what did ra28gt do with his discovery? He did what most every other hoon would do; call in two trucks to take all of the vehicles back to his house. During the trip home, people offered to buy the vehicles off the trucks. Ra28gt’s plan for the fourteen vehicles is to get them into running order. We’re so jealous.

Sema 2011
Recently, I saw a few pictures Moto Miwa took from this years Sema Show of 2011 and this year was such a good year for a vast spectrum of vehicles in the show and I couldnt help but share them with the rest of the readers. Credits to Moto Miwa (Owner of Club4ag) for these snapshots.
2013 GS F-Sport Preview
Project GS by Five Axis... It soooo sexy, doo want!
The classiness is on key, yet it displays a more refined aggressive feel, which is appealing.
This is by far the best looking car I've seen in the new market in awhile.
This wraps up part one of the Sema coverage, will update with the rest shortly.
Lazy Eye?
Fellow 86 partner of mine sent me a video while in the final stages of his GTSR5 swap in his AE86. As he claimed which more than likely can be confirmed to be a ground issue none the less funny to see this moody 86.
